2. Products & Services We offer new and good quality second-hand tack, equine clothing, and accessories, as well as services including rug washing, reproofing, repairs, clipper blade sharpening, and more.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT (if applicable). Payments must be made in full before items or services are delivered. We accept cash, card, and online payments.

4. Ordering & Delivery Orders can be placed in person, by phone, or through our website (if applicable). Delivery costs and timeframes will be communicated at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays due to third-party couriers or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Refund Policy 

New Items:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.  
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the return.  

Second-Hand Items:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase.  
• Items must be returned in the same condition as sold.  
• Due to the nature of second-hand goods, refunds may be issued as store credit or exchange.  

Non-Returnable Items & Services:

• Custom or personalised items  
• Items sold as “clearance” or “as seen”  
• Services such as rug washing or clipper blade sharpening (unless faulty workmanship is proven)

6. Cancellations If you need to cancel an order or service, please notify us as soon as possible. Custom or in-progress service orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

7. Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.

8. Intellectual Property All content on our website or social media, including logos, photos, and descriptions, is the property of The Rutland Tack Room and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
